Chelsea Glubish - Owner & Founder
Chelsea Glubish is the passionate owner and founder of Oasis Cleaning Okanagan, a trusted cleaning service based in the Okanagan valley in BC. With a strong focus on consistency, reliability, and client satisfaction, Chelsea has built a reputation for creating welcoming, pristine spaces for homes and businesses across the Okanagan.
With years of experience and a commitment to excellence, Chelsea ensures every service reflects the values she holds dear—integrity, attention to detail, and sustainability. Beyond managing Oasis Cleaning Okanagan, Chelsea enjoys being an active member of the Kelowna community and supporting local businesses.
When she's not leading her team, you can find Chelsea running with her dog Hoka, crushing a Pilates class, experimenting with new recipes, or getting far too competitive with a family game of Scrabble.
Jodi
Jodi is a dedicated Team Lead at Oasis Cleaning Okanagan, with vast experience working as an award winning strata manager, a medical office coordinator and her family’s household manager. Known for her efficiency and attention to detail, Jodi is passionate about ensuring each client receives exceptional service tailored to their unique needs.
Jodi’s commitment to going above and beyond makes her an invaluable part of the Oasis Cleaning Okanagan team.
Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. You will often find her running or hiking to explore new places.
Sydney
Sydney is a committed Team Lead at Oasis Cleaning Okanagan, bringing 4 years of experience in professionally cleaning spaces. Known for her drive to make sure the job is done right, Sydney’s dedication to client satisfaction is unparalleled.
Sydney’s attention to detail and commitment to ensuring quality work makes her an invaluable part of the Oasis Cleaning Okanagan team.
Outside of work, Sydney enjoys going to concerts, checking out new hikes and spending time with her dog, Jojo.
Heather
Heather has a long-held infatuation with interior spaces and decor. Nothing makes her happier leaving your home sparkling clean so you can enjoy it however heart desires. With a background in nursing, you know she has an eye for details and cleanliness.
Heather’s commitment to creating a positive work environment and bringing joy into others’ homes makes her a stand-out member of the Oasis Cleaning Okanagan team.
Outside of cleaning, Heather runs a mobile coffee shop (@grippycoffee). She’s loves creating community and lifting people’s spirits with coffee and treats sold from a ’92 Grumman. Most importantly, Heather shares her down time with two active kids, a husband, and a Goldendoodle.
Ray
Ray is a devoted cleaning specialist who brings a new level of energy and enthusiasm to Oasis Cleaning Okanagan. With 5+ years of hospitality experience (as her Manager used to say, any great restaurant worker knows that they’re a glorified cleaner!), and a background in tree planting and reforestation, she is eager to get her hands dirty making your space clean!
Ray is known for her calm presence and quick wit. She is passionate about community care above all else, and always ensures that each client receives exceptional service tailored to their unique needs.
Outside of work you can generally find her at the gym or dancing, and if not then she’s almost certainly reading, doing some elementary bird watching, or hanging out with her super cool Grandma!
Sarah
Sarah is a steadfast cleaning specialist at Oasis Cleaning Okanagan, bringing many years of expertise in cleaning and customer service.
As a Summerland local, she proudly serves our south Okanagan region. With a natural ability to connect and understand the needs of each individual client, Sarah has quickly become an invaluable member of the Oasis team.
Sarah’s work ethic and attention to detail are praised by the clients she serves, as it is evident that her passion for client satisfaction is unmatched.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys yoga, rock climbing, and spending quality time with her family.
