Chelsea Brown - Owner & Founder
Chelsea founded Oasis Cleaning Okanagan with a simple goal: to build a cleaning company that clients could genuinely rely on and a workplace where great people could build meaningful careers.
What began as a small local business has grown into a dedicated team serving homes throughout the Central Okanagan. Chelsea remains closely involved in the day-to-day operations of Oasis, with a strong focus on quality, communication, and creating an experience that both clients and team members can feel good about.
When she's not leading her team, you can find Chelsea running with her husband, son, and dog - Hoka, crushing a Pilates class, experimenting with new recipes, or getting far too competitive with a family game of Scrabble.
Mackenzie
Mackenzie is a huge part of what keeps Oasis running smoothly. As our Operations Manager, she supports everything from scheduling and client communication to team training and quality control — and somehow manages to keep all the moving pieces moving in the right direction.
She’s hardworking, dependable, and deeply invested in both our clients and our team. Mackenzie brings a thoughtful, level-headed approach to her work and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed.
When she’s not keeping things organized at Oasis, Mackenzie is usually busy with her kids, spending time with her horses, or teaching Jazzercise. Whether she’s at work, at the barn, or leading a class, she brings plenty of energy to everything she does!
Leah
Leah is one of those people every team is lucky to have. As our Supply Manager and one of our trainers, she plays a huge role behind the scenes at Oasis — keeping our team organized, prepared, and stocked with everything they need to do their best work.
Dependable, hardworking, and always willing to lend a hand, Leah has become such a valued part of our team. She brings a calm, steady presence to even the busiest days and is someone we know we can always count on.
Outside of work, Leah is a dedicated partner, mom, and spare human to their dog, Ripley. She is happiest surrounded by her family, books, and dozens of half finished crochet projects!
Danielle
Danielle is one of our trainers and an incredibly valued member of the Oasis team. She has an exceptional eye for detail and is someone we can consistently count on to deliver the level of quality we strive for in every home.
What really sets Danielle apart is her ability to see the little opportunities to go above and beyond. She doesn’t just focus on completing the tasks in front of her — she notices the details that can make a meaningful difference for our clients and takes genuine pride in the work she does. She’s hardworking, dependable, and the kind of teammate we feel very lucky to have.
Outside of work, Danielle is a devoted mom to two daughters and a fiercely loyal friend. She loves snowboarding, playing pickleball, and most of all, working hard to build a great life for her family.
Aubray
Aubray plays a big role in both growing our team and making sure we’re delivering the level of service our clients expect. As our Hiring & Field Manager and one of our trainers, she helps welcome new team members to Oasis, supports them through training, and provides ongoing guidance and quality control in the field.
Aubray has an unparalleled eye for detail and truly sets the bar when it comes to quality at Oasis. She’s hardworking, approachable, and has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and supported — whether she’s training someone new, helping out a teammate, or taking care of one of our clients’ homes.
Outside of work, Aubray is usually out for a run, hunting for a great thrift-store find, or spending time at the playground with her kids. She loves staying active, finding hidden gems, and making the most of her time with her family.
Daniela
If there’s one person you can always count on to get things done, it’s Daniela. Sharp, incredibly dependable, and equipped with a true can-do attitude, she’s the kind of person who finds a way forward no matter what the day throws at her.
As one of our trainers, Daniela holds herself and our team to an exceptionally high standard of quality and professionalism. She leads by example, takes pride in doing things properly, and is someone we know we can count on without hesitation — all of which makes her such an important and valued part of Oasis.
When she’s not with us, Daniela works as a Hygiene Coordinator Manager at a dental office. Outside of work, she spends as much time as possible with her dog, Louie, and also loves travelling and reading.
Olivia
Olivia could not be prouder to be apart of Oasis. She believes that the best work environments come from a space where everyone is valued and uplifted, something she found within Oasis.
During her off hours, Olivia is proud to represent British Columbia as Miss Personality BC 2026, and has gone on to represent BC at a national level! She is honored to be an advocate & voice for the vulnerable members of our community.
Bringing passion & fun where ever she goes, Olivia couldn't be happier to be apart of Oasis!
